Watch Records in AirTable does not spot entries entering a view, not created at that point

Hello,

I am transferring data from one airtable base to another, a pretty simple mapping.

I am using ‘watch records’ as my trigger. However, the view I am using is for a form created ahead of a booking. Now, I only want the view to display bookings <= 14 days from the booking. If the form is created and enters the view immediately (i.e. the booking is <= 14 days) then it works great, but if it is created ahead of time and only enters the view 14 days out it doesn’t work.

How can I solve this?

Hi @Paul_Johnson,

it’s been a while since you encountered the issue. Have you solved this already?

I’m not 100% sure how your views, the form and the 14days go together but maybe instant triggers for Airtable would help you? Every time you create/update/delete something in Airtable, you receive a trigger in Make  We’ve developed https://www.simplified-webhooks.com/ to do this and it’s currently in Beta.

Best,
Richard
