I built an agent workflow for a coffee shop ordering process.
The customer asks about the menu via WhatsApp. Then places and order. The agent built on Relevance AI will total up the order then send a generate payment link request via Make.com and Shuttle payments (connected to Stripe).
The payment link gets created and sent back to the customer via WhatsApp.
The customer pays and the order gets sent to the barista to make the order.

Hi, this is super ineteresting, I’m just joining to this automation world, but looking forward to build something similar to what you did, this would be for a sushi restaurant. The wokflow I imagined to place was exactly as you did

Below are the two templates that you need for the two flows:
- Generate payment link
- Payment link notifications
In these templates, we use Slack as the trigger and post the message back to Slack, but you could use whatever you like for the trigger, or even use our Link Generator to trigger the workflow (i’d have to show you how to do that).
