I’ve experimented with the recently added integration with WhatsApp Business Cloud and created a brief video tutorial. It shows how to listen for messages, download multimedia and upload them to an album in Google Photos.

I have an issue, I’m not able to listen for new messages.

I think I have most of my configuration working correctly because I can send template messages and normal messages.

Any ideas would be very appreciated.

glad you found the video useful, thank you. You might want to check your webhook configuration in Facebook. For my demo, I opted in for “messages” and “message_template_status_update” - see the attached screenshot.
