You won’t be able to see/map fields from other routes. However, It works differently for Set Variables, as you can use the Get Variable module on other paths of the router.
For Get Variable Module, you need to type the variable name instead of mapping it from the mapping menu. For eg, if the variable name is test, then in Get a Variable module, you need to enter test.
