Cannot access a variable set in a branch of my router in another branch

I am trying to use a variable from a module in another module but despite following solution found here, my top branch get value function cannot find the value that I set in the lower part router. I am using the value name that I set but nothing

How to set a Variable on one Route and Use it on Another?

Here is my situation: I have a jotform that will be used to add a record to Notion. That jotform may or may not also pass an id for a relation on the new Notion record. In order to avoid errors, I want to verify that the id and relation exist before the new record is created. Set variables always should be used on routes before get variables. like we need to get something, first it should exist.
