Talk to your web hosting provider. Perhaps they have changed some server settings that now blocks your SFTP connection for some reason.
You can also try editing the connection in your organization and Save it.

no, i can still connect effortlessly through FileZilla, also when i verify the connection in onder the Connections tab, it get a green checkmark quickly.
