FTP connection issue

What are you trying to achieve?

we need to connect our FTP server to make. For that we are trying to use the FTP module.
For some reason it keeps tellung us the following error code:
The request failed due to failure of a previous request.
Connection action timed out.

checked if all the login info is correct

With FTP issues like this, the likely culprit is incorrect settings. If you have verified Host/Port/User/Pass, make sure you pick the correct TLS setting.
