Wordpress - no error, no post

I asked through help, but received no answer.
I have valid/working connection with Wordpress.
I trigger event by watching FB Group Event, then it goes to Telegram, Discord and Wordpress.
Telegram and Discord correctly send message, yet Wordpress does not.

• It was working just fine for some time and then stopped + no error messages.
  Any ideas?

eg did you install any new plugins?
