Workplace email is showing as Restricted - any idea on how to fix?

I would like to connect my workplace email. Currently, make.com is only offering me a restricted connection, and it is not a personal email. I have a. domain name and mak.com thinks it is a personal email?

Steps taken so far

i have tried to delete my profile and restart it from scratch. going round. in circles and not sure what to do, please help
