I’m also experiencing this same issue with the same error. I’ve triple checked that I’m specifying the correct credentials but I’m still getting that error.
The Zendesk changelog also shows that there’s been an update to their OAuth 2 system, so I think this might be something that has to be fixed on Make’s side.

This requirement is likely due to changes Zendesk made to their API around August 2024. Make.com has since updated their documentation to prevent this issue from recurring. See the details below: here
