Hey guys,
has anyone figured out how to setup a WebHook for Zoom? I want to grab the transcripts of meetings via a WebHook instead of the Watch xyz of the Zoom Module to save operational costs and only running when data arrives.
The trigger modules are already Webhooks.
Did you set your scenario’s scheduling to “Immediately”?

Aren’t the “watch” triggers always checking if sth new arrives? Like 15min intervals and that would be 4 operation an hour?
No. You just need a module that has “Instant”, as shown above.
Instant = Webhook

Yeah, sadly getting a phone summary / transcript isn’t there

To do this, you can try using the Zoom “Download a Cloud Recording” module —
Downloads a Cloud Recording by its URL and token.
Then you can use another integration to transcribe it to text.
