402 Payment Required Error

Hello, everyone

I got some problem when I use MAKE.
I got the message indicated “402 Payment Required Error”

In the detail as below.
{“error”:“Monthly subscription 250114 expired, please renew your subscription before submitting new requests.”,“code”:402}

To solve the problem, I added new credit card. I also can use core plan by 24th of Feb.
Even so I still have the problem.

I’ve already contacted the make support center. They don’t give me any feedback for more 24hours.

Could you tell me of solving the problem?
