:bullseye: What is your goal?

To get the 1-month Pro Plan reward or bonus on top of the affiliate commission. I was emailed and informed about this offer.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

My current client purchased an annual subscription for the Pro Plan.

I’ve sent Make support a ticket and I haven’t received a reply or heard from them. It’s been more than 12 hours.

:clipboard: Error messages or input/output bundles

I still haven’t been upgraded to a Pro Plan. I’m waiting for the “free” upgrade.

Hi @Karmic,

I have never heard of the reward that you get an upgrade to one month of Pro if a client purchases an annual plan. Where did you find that information?

Please be patient, Make support is relatively quick but you don’t get high priority support on the free plan.

Thanks! They sent me an email about it. If my referral buys pro then I get pro (1-month). Along those lines. I’ll just wait for Make’s reply about this.

Ok, great. Sounds like a good deal.

In that case it’s best to await Make’s reply or contact the sender of the mail you’ve received.

Exactly, so the client who signs up for the first time is eligible for one month Pro for free if they use your affiliate link. Not you as an affiliate yourself.
