What are you trying to achieve?

Hi, I am looking for more information on the affiliation program and have the following questions:

Steps taken so far

  1. In order to be apart of the affiliation program, does Make.com review our previous experience using Make before deciding who deserves affiliation or are we able to apply directly using the affiliation link on Make.com and receive the affiliation link immediately or within a short period of time after applying?

  2. I have read on Make.com website that the commission is 20% for 2 years. Is this 20% across each year (annualized) or is it 10% each year for a total of 20% at the end of the 2 years? I believe there is no commission on users who signup for the free version, correct? Are there ways we can have a new user signup under a paid subscription but have a free trial of 7 days for example before they have to pay? If so, how does this work for payouts to us?

  1. There’s no review process to become an affiliate. Anyone can join as long as they respect our Terms and Conditions. You can visit this page to get yourself started right away.

  2. The commission you get as an affiliate is 20% during the first 24 months (across each year annualized) from the moment the user you referred signs up. Please note that if the user is on a free promo or any similar offer without payment, commissions will not be earned.

Hi @Michaela , thanks for the detailed information much appreciated! A few additional questions:

  1. Does Make.com have any deals or discounts that I can offer new users that use my referral link?

  2. Are there ways we can have a new user signup under a paid subscription but have a free trial of 7 days for example before they have to pay? If so, how does this work for payouts to us?

  1. We offer the option to apply a promo to affiliate links, which provides 1 month free on the Pro Plan, including 10,000 ops/month and other perks. To take advantage of this, you can fill out this form, and we’ll apply the promo to your link and notify you via email once it’s ready.

  2. When a new user signs up through an affiliate link with a promo applied, they will enjoy 1 month free on the Pro Plan. This free trial does not affect commissions which remain valid starting from the user’s sign-up date, regardless of when they begin paying.
