I’m experiencing issues with my Make AI Agent.
My problem is that I’ve loaded a knowledge base (context) into the agent in PDF format. In the “Testing & Training” environment, it works correctly and successfully retrieves information from the file.
The issues begin when I test it in the scenario/production environment: the agent does not search for information in the file, resulting in it responding with non-existent information. I’ve tried many different prompts and added data to “additional system instructions,” but to no avail. I also tried changing the file type to .docx, without success.
Has anyone else experienced this same issue and found a solution?

I believe the issue lies in the prompt configured for the AI agent. Please adjust the prompt to ensure that the agent strictly retrieves information only from the PDF and not from any other source. We’ve successfully tested a similar setup, so the problem likely stems from how the current prompt directs the AI.
It’s also important to include this instruction in the “Additional system instructions” field within the AI Agent module to make sure the agent fetches details exclusively from the PDF in real time.
