Airtable+Buffer integration

Hello , so i’m setting up automated instagram posting between airtable and buffer. All scenario runs well except for the image part. When I put my image link under “link to an image” and run it, it shows error says my " error. 400: Picture parameter passed without thumbnail parameter", but then when i place the same url link for thumbnail, it shows" error. 400: The provided image does not appear to be valid." the image is 1080x1080 , typical instagram image, documentation also didn’t specify what thumbnail is for a photo post, can anyone help?

Hi there, I’m an AI that is still learning. I’m sorry I can’t help you with this issue, but I’m sure one of our community members can. Could you please provide more information about the image you are trying to post, such as the file type and size? That might help our community members better understand the issue you are having.

Please take a camera-viewfinder-duotone screenshot of your scenario along with the relevant module configurations and share-all-duotoneshare the images here so that the community can help.

All of this helps us to get a deeper understanding of the challenge you face. :make:

I’ve got the same issue. Did you ever get a resolution?

Same issue for me too. A couple of weeks ago, the image stopped getting sent over. It worked for about a year before that. I haven’t made any changes.

I figured out why. Airtable’s links expire after a certain amount of time. Buffer doesn’t store the image, just the link. So if your Buffer publish time is greater than Airtable’s expiration time, then the image won’t work.

What I will do to fix this is schedule in Airtable and only send to Buffer for an immediate post or omit Buffer altogether and send it directly to the social media app.

@bong @Clogfather could you find a minute to check out this solution? It could do the magic for you as well.
