All scenarios missing from my account and a $13,000 charge when my normal is $10 per month

What is your goal?

To recover my account and get my scenarios up and running again

What is the problem & what have you tried?

I am normally charged about $10 a month for the execution of two scenarios I have through Make.com. Today my credit card statement showed a bill of $13,000, and there were two attempted purchases for that amount on the card.

When I log into my Make.com account, my scenarios are missing, my credit card information is missing, and it appears that my account has been wiped out.

I am really hoping somebody from the Make team can reach out and help me figure out what is going on and reverse these charges.
