  • Where was your app installed from? / Do you have the restricted or non-restricted version?
  • What brand and model is your phone?
  • Is your app installed correctly? What steps / instructions did you follow?
  • Do you have the notifications permission granted?
  • Are the app notifications switched off?
  • Did you grant these additional permissions?
    • “Allow background usage”
    • “Unrestricted data usage”
    • “Unrestricted battery usage”
  • Have you tried it with a phone running stock Android OS, like Google Pixel 8, 9, 10?
