What are you trying to achieve?

I’m discovering Make, and I have a Shopify site to create.
I would like to know if a scenario like this is possible:
From a product image and/or a short text → creation of a complete product sheet (Shopify) with optimized title, optimized description, price, variant, meta description → possibly, creation of a mockup for the product + alt text on the image → (creation in draft mode so I can publish manually if everything is okay).
In short, automating the creation of the catalog, because I have a lot of products to add.
Ideally, once the product is created, a post on social networks (Instagram/Pinterest …) would also be published automatically.
Possibly, that the product sheet could also be automatically transferred to my Etsy shop — but I think that might be too complicated for now!
What I’ve described is something many people surely need, because it’s a classic e-commerce workflow, but I don’t know if Make allows us to set up our business like this automatically, without spending hours creating each product and promoting it on social media one by one!
If only some of the tasks are possible, please let me know — that would already save me time on at least those tasks.
Because I’m working alone and it’s very, very time-consuming.

Je découvre Make, j’ai un site shopify à créer.
J’aimerai savoir si un scénario comme celui ci est possible:
A partir de l’image d’un produit et/ou d’un texte court → création d’une fiche produit complète (shopify) avec titre optimisé, description optimisée, prix, variante, méta description → éventuellement, création d’un mockup pour le produit + texte alternatif sur l’image → (création en brouillon afin de publier manuellement si tout est ok)
Automatiser la création du catalogue concrètement, car j’ai beaucoup de produits à ajouter,
Dans l’idéal il faudrait qu’a partir du produit crée, une publication sur les réseaux soit faite (instagram/pinterest …) en automatique.
éventuellement, que la fiche produit soit transférer en automatique sur ma boutique etsy mais je crois que ca sera trop compliqué là !
ce que j’ai décrit, beaucoup ont surement ce meme besoin, car c est un schéma classique du e-commerce, mais je sais pas si make permet de créer ainsi notre business en automatique, sans passer des heures a créer chaque produit et le promouvoir sur les réseaux un par un !
Si uniquement certaines taches sont possible, merci de me le dire ca me permettra de gagner du temps au moins sur les tâches en question.
