Automation documentation

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I want to understand how other Make.com freelancers handle
the business and documentation side of automation projects —
proposals, scope of work, client handovers and ROI reporting.

 What is the problem?

Most resources focus on building automations but very little
is discussed about how to deliver projects professionally —
what documents to send, how to define scope, how to prove
value to clients with numbers. This gap makes it hard for
freelancers to charge higher rates and retain clients.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

I have been creating my own documents from scratch for every
client project — service proposals, scope of work documents,
handover reports and ROI calculators. It works but takes a
lot of time. Looking to see how others in the community
approach this and whether there are better ways to standardize
the delivery process.
