Bi-Directional Syncing of Google Contacts and multiple Monday.com boards

Hello all,

I am very new to Make. My company is implementing Monday CRM, and I am learning Make to expand on core automations later. However, I just learned there is NO native integration in Monday for Google Contacts. This is a core element for us. I don’t have the time to learn enough, quickly enough to complete this integration with Make to meet our rollout date.

I am truly hoping I can find help within this community for my use case. I am looking for a blue print where Google Contacts are labeled 1 of 3 ways (Monday-Vendor, Monday-Client, Monday-Prospect) which determine what Monday board they are created on and synced with.

I attempted a few scenarios, but was left with multiple parser errors from Monday. First it was the email format, then the phone number. I copied parser code from a community post and updated it for my use (so I thought), but that created a non-stop loop at the parser.

Any help right now is GREATLY appreciated. I am officially desparate.

Hey Jenn,

can you share some screenshots of what you have so far?

For phone number verification and reformatting I strongly suggest using the built in Parse a Phone Number module instead. It will validate the number and give it to you in several different formats, the international one usually works everywhere.
