We are currently not aware of any reported issues with our MongoDB modules.
I have two recommendations to try to help, though:
- Please make sure that you’re selecting version 4.1 as mentioned in our MongoDB documentation.
- Try whitelisting our IP addresses , following the instructions in this article: Allowing connections to and from Make IP addresses
If neither of these suggestions does the trick for you, please open a ticket with us. This will allow for a more in-depth investigation.
