Can't create Make help ticket

What are you trying to achieve?

I’m trying to create a Make help ticket but can’t view the form (which is Tally).

Steps taken so far

I’ve checked I don’t have ad blocker on, have tried incognito & couldn’t see anything obvious under Dev tools. I’ve checked Community but can’t see reports, so I’m presuming this is my end - grateful for any help.

Hello there @Sarah_D :waving_hand:

I’m sure you’ve probably already done this, but have you tried creating a ticket from a different browser, or in incognito mode? Also, clearing the cache and data might do the trick.

Can you let me know if any of these options work?

thanks Vendy, I had tried Chrome incognito which usually fixes / covers many issues. Safari is working so I’m happy to resolve for now and will continue trying to find my Chrome issue. Thank you.
