What is your goal?
scenario restoration
I am reaching out because one of my scenarios has disappeared, and I am experiencing a very strange bug with my account.
I had a scenario called “Hideghívás trigger”. Today, it completely vanished from my Scenarios list. However, I found its exact layout and modules inside the execution history log of a completely different scenario of mine, which is named “Hideghívás konverzió”.
It seems like the “Hideghívás trigger” scenario’s structure got merged or stuck in the history of “Hideghívás konverzió” during a run. I cannot interact with or select the modules in this log view to copy them over to a new scenario.
I am attaching a screenshot of the log view, and here is the direct URL to the execution where you can clearly see the missing modules: [Ide illeszd be a linket, amit korábban küldtél]
Could you please investigate what happened and help me restore the “Hideghívás trigger” scenario? I am the only user in this organization and I did not delete it.
What is the problem & what have you tried?
My scenario has disappeared. I can’t find it. I was using it this morning.
It’s as if it has been moved to a webhook scenario. I can see the attached image in the webhook log, and I can access it at this URL: https://eu1.make.com/13343/scenarios/4633505/logs/4253b7d0ac024999a70a8c2c81788d7f?showCheckRuns=true&showChangeLog=true
What could have happened? I’m sure I didn’t delete it.

Hello,
Perhaps you changed the scenario name? Or haven’t saved it?
Try this URL: https://eu1.make.com/13343/scenarios/4633505/edit
Have a nice day,
Michal
I had two scenarios, now I have one

Hello,
This issue is likely caused by the way Make handles execution history.
The execution logs are snapshots of a scenario at the time it ran, they do not reflect the current live structure. If you modified the trigger especially switching to/from webhooks, duplicated scenario, renamed/deleted it, sometimes the old structure can still sometimes appear inside the execution logs of the related scenarios. The scenarios haven’t merged just historical data from where the execution occurred.
Try to:
-Check if any filters or folders are hiding the scenario
-Check in Deleted Scenarios
-Contact Make support with the execution ID to try to restore the deleted scenario if you need to
Support should be able to check backend logs to clarify what happened since your the only user and didn’t intentionally delete it.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for the explanation and the suggestions!
I’ve double-checked all my folders and filters, but the scenario is completely gone. Also, I tried looking for a “Deleted Scenarios” section, but as far as I know (and based on the documentation), Make doesn’t actually have a trash bin or a deleted folder where I could restore it from myself.
Since I am the only user in the account and I definitely didn’t delete it, I will follow your advice and open a ticket with Make Support. I have the execution URL and the ID, so hopefully, they can check their backend logs and restore the original structure for me.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

Hello @Molnar_Tamas and Welcome to the Make Community!
I hope Make Support is able to help you out here!
Just out of curiosity, did you clone one scenario in order to create the other?
You should know that if your execution history in one scenario has what you’re looking for, you can still try to highlight then copy (use CTRL or CMD + C) and paste those modules into a new scenario. Give it a try if it helps!
Hi! Thanks for the warm welcome and the tip!
Regarding the copy-paste trick: I actually tried exactly that! Unfortunately, for some reason, I cannot highlight or select any of the modules in this specific execution log view. The UI simply doesn’t let me interact with them to press CTRL+C.
I’ve already submitted a ticket to Make Support with the execution ID, so hopefully, they can extract it from the backend. Thanks again for trying to help!
You can hold Shift while clicking and dragging over the modules on the canvas while viewing history to select them.
Then, press CTRL + C to copy them.
Open a new scenario and paste in there.
