Disappearing scenarios

Hi community,

I have a problem with a disappearing scenario. I cloned another scenario, gave it a new name. I did a full configuration. And it disappeared

The scenario starts with a Webook so I go into the Webhooks tab and I see that the webhook is there and there is even a link to the scenario. When I enter the scenario I can see it (but only when I go into the Webhook tabs) otherwise it doesn’t scrub it by name anything. The automation does not happen because I get a return that it is not possible to transfer data to such a webhook because it does not exist.

So I have a scenario that is there but not there :frowning:

I have been using make for 3 years and have never seen anything like it although on another community people are increasingly writing about disappearing scenario

Welcome to the Make community!

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
Note: I see hundreds of posts, notifications, and messages daily on this forum, so if I missed your reply, please message me to look at your reply.
