I downloaded the Make Android app and tried to scan the QR code to manage my scenarios from my phone. However, after doing so, I was logged out of the desktop version. Now, every time I try to sign in, I’m automatically logged out again. A brief error message appears for about 2 seconds, and I managed to take a screenshot (attached below).
I emailed this to the Help Desk email and got an automatic response back saying that I need to create a ticket via the platform but I cannot log in to do that.
I’m in a desperate situation since I was updating all my business infrastructure today.
