Hi Makers,
I recently lost my phone. While I managed to recover almost everything, I still can’t log in to my Make account.
I have 2FA set up, and I use an app on my phone (LastPass Authenticator) to access my account. Unfortunately, I don’t have a backup for my authentication app.
And yes, I’ve lost access to my client’s accounts .
Is there any way to regain access to my account?

Sorry to hear you lost your phone. From the community side, there is nothing we can do. I advise you to contact Make support. They can probably disable the 2FA if you are able to prove that you are the rightful owner of the account.

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

Thanks Henk, I have submitted a ticket, now waiting for a reply. I hope they can disable the 2FA (so I can activate it again ), that would be great.
They most likely can, I suppose this is a common scenario if you have 500.000+ customers
