I have an automation setup Creating Tasks in Clickup from a message in a Slack Channel
We wanted to track who posted the message in Slack, so I created a Custom Field in Clickup: “posted by”
In my scenario, once the task is created, I have an additional “Edit a Task with Custom Fields (advanced)” module to edit the “posted by” Custom Field.
approx 60% of tries, it fails, with the error “All users must have access to task”. I don’t see anything different between the ones that work and the ones that don’t.
Any clue on how I could fix this?

From what I can deduce for this error message, you’ll need to expand the “Assignees” from the Input bundle that failed, and check if these users have permissions to and can actually view the task/board/section/group/collection in Clickup.
If these users do not have access to this task in Clickup, you might need to insert a step before this to grant users to the board/section/board/group of Clickup that this task is on.
