Hello
I have scenarios where I have set a comment trigger then I reply to it, this is working fine.
I recently copied this scenario but for this new one, after the account replies to the comment, the scenario is trigger again by the reply as a new comment, creating an endless loop.
Please can you check.
You need to use some sort of mark while creating reply so you can identify that this reply is created by automation.
SInce you haven’t mentioned app name where you are doing this reply thing i can’t give exact answer. But i will suggest to check comment creator or include some sort of mark or disclaimer in reply which you should use before creating a reply to check.

Hi @Princy
Is there a solution to this because with the current setup I lose one more operation to check if the comment is coming from my username
Yes this is the only way. But you wont loose operation. You will simply put filter to see that mark.

Hi @Princy
On the screenshot above is what happens when there is no filter
So when I include the filter, the scenario will run the first time to post the comment and it will get triggered again by it’s own comment but because I have the filter, it stops
Isn’t that 2 operations?
