Creating a scenario for custom email generation for leads in Google Sheet (1 Email per brand)

So I’m still learning with Make.com so this could sound stupid.

So what I’m trying to simply do create a custom email automation for my Lead Generation.

Now here’s what i want the automation to do:

  1. First see all the brands I’m reaching out to on my Google Sheets.
  2. Basis these brands create that many custom email bodies by doing online marketing research about them.
  3. Then format them with HTML for cleanliness
  4. Then in Gmail create drafts such that everybody within that brand gets the same custom email within that brand (e.g. All State Bank of India people will get 1 Email and all SBI folks will get the SBI Email, except that their names will change in addressal).

Do note:
. I want the most efficient method which runs online 1 search with OpenAI and custom email writing per brand.

My issue is that I’ve tried all kinds of tinkering and even trying to use Claude’s help but I’m not getting the perfect solution. I’ve had issues where the same email is being written for all IDs, or the IDs aren’t changing in the Drafts, or it’s mixing up names and email IDs, or this one case where (without the aggregator and iterator) where a separate email is being created for every single ID (very inefficient - need just 1 custom email per brand). Something’s just not aligning here.

It would mean the world and some to me if you could help explain this to me and provide me, a Make.com noob, with a simple and robust solution. Happy to furnish more details.

I’m attaching the screenshots from the Google Sheets and the in-question modules.

Welcome to the Make community!

I would suggest completing the Make Academy before jumping into building a complete scenario. If you need specific assistance when you are building a scenario it’s easier to help you then. Otherwise, you can also hire a professional by posting a request in the Hire a Pro category.

Here are some useful links and guides you can use to learn more on how to use the Make platform, apps, and app modules. I found these useful when I was learning Make, and hope they might benefit you too —
