Data seems to incorrectly pass through filter

I created a scenario to have Shopify create a customer profile if a booking has been made by a new customer. We have the data pass through a filter to make sure the phone number and email address are new:

However I am getting an error saying that the Phone number has already been taken

I am confused why the data would pass through the filter then.

Any suggestions?

Are you able to post images of the operation and the output of the filter? As well as what scenario you are trying to run, that problem could result from an array of places.
