Date storage

Hi Guys,

We are going to use make to integrate facebook leads ad and our own CRM. When make is passing the data from facebook to our own CRM, will make save the leads info in its database? If it saves, It may involve some data compliance issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I believe the data used in Scenario is also stored. I have not found any document that clearly states this, but considering that the HISTORY of Scenario is still there, it must have been saved.

I have a Security white paper of “make” and you can check the details from the following URL. It describes how the data is stored and the measures taken to ensure data security.

If you would like to know more details that are not listed, you can contact make’s Support.

Welcome to the Make community!

If you do not want to store the data in the scenario run logs, simply turn this option on.

For more information, see Scenario settings page in the Make Help Centre, which covers the following:

  • 1 - Sequential processing
  • 2 - Data is confidential
  • 3 - Allow storing of incomplete executions
  • 4 - Enable data loss
  • 5 - Auto commit
  • 6 - Commit trigger last
  • 7 - Max number of cycles
  • 8 - Number of consecutive errors

You should also take note of the following important details:

  • If enabled, there are very limited options to solve errors that occur in a scenario execution.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
