Direct upload from google drive to youtube without downloading

I understand how to make a normal process - which will download the file and upload to Youtube
But the problem is that I have very large files and it will be a load on the tariff

Is there any possibility to give Youtube a direct link to the disk, without downloading the file completely?

YouTube does not provide an API to upload videos from a URL.

Then I’m not quite sure what the rates are
If the files are large, what rate do I need? Because I just tried to upload a couple of files and I immediately exceeded the transfer date.

The Vimeo.com api has an upload via url feature on their api. Maybe switch to Vimeo from YouTube?

Thank you, that’s a good clarification, but it specifically needs to be YouTube; it’s the users who are choosing, not me.
