Hi everyone,
I’ve created several scenarios. Different modules, different scenarios, different steps.
They all have the same problem:
When I run them the first time, they all work perfectly from the first to the last step. No problems at all.
But, when I run them again without having changed anything in the scenario, they all stop at the first step. And nothing gets done.
There’s no log, because the system says everything is completed. Example:
“17:45 The request was accepted. Waiting for the server.
17:45 The scenario was initialized.
17:45 The scenario was finalized.
17:45 The scenario run was completed.”
However, nothing has been completed, since all scenarios stop at the first step, whatever the scenario and whatever the modules.
So I don’t know what the problem is.
I’ve asked support, but I’ve been waiting 4 days for an answer.
Could someone please explain the bug or error I’m making?
Thanks for your help
It appears that the scenarios are encountering an issue where they stop at the first step upon rerunning, despite working perfectly on the initial run.
This could indicate a potential problem with the webhook not receiving any input or failing to trigger the first step. Without further logs or error messages, diagnosing the exact cause is challenging.
However, possible solutions include ensuring proper webhook configuration, verifying input data availability for the first step, and checking for any changes in the environment or setup between runs.

Thank you for your reply.
However, I don’t understand it.
Why should I check when everything worked perfectly when I first ran the scenarios and I didn’t change anything afterwards?
Besides, this happens with any scenario.
I’ve even recreated the same scenario several times to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake, and the problem repeated itself: the first time I ran it, everything was fine. And when I ran it a second time and again, no result and displayed as “success” with no log to indicate a problem.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem is, please?
Thanks a lot!
