Is there any way to enable/disable the webhooks during Podio Item create and update actions in a scenario (#1)?
We have another scenario (#2) running for Podio item create and update actions, so we don’t need to process the hook coming from scenario #1.

Not really sure if this will help you but you can always enable or disable a webhook URL from the following section:
will that scenario work if we disable that button?
In Podio, while creating or updating an item there is an option to set hook as true or false, if the hooks should be executed or not for that particular change,
There is no such setting in make scenario.
