Error 404 in make.com +connecteam integration

:bullseye: What is your goal?

My goal is to send data from google calendar, through a tool module that converts time to unix, into connecteam create a shift module. I am using a program called StarIntegrate, as make.com does not have a native integration for connecteam.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

When I run the scenario, it keeps giving me a 404, “not found” error. I have tried everything. New connections, mapping everything differently, changing the variables, nothing helps. However, when i connect a different connecteam module, such as “Create a task,” instead of: “Create a shift,” it works fine.

Welcome to the Make community!

Unfortunately Connecteam is one of the external integrations that have multiple apps created by third-party solution providers. Confusing, I know.

You can either:

  • try using another one created by a different provider (don’t forget to uninstall the current one from your organisation first as they are all named the same!), or

  • contacting Make support so that they can forward your issue to the external vendor, or

  • directly reach out to the external vendor if you know who developed it.

These third-party vendors may provide support for these apps — reach out to them through their website.

P.S.: investing some effort into the tutorials in the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make!
