Unfortunately Connecteam is one of the external integrations that have multiple apps created by third-party solution providers. Confusing, I know.
You can either:

try using another one created by a different provider (don’t forget to uninstall the current one from your organisation first as they are all named the same!), or
-
contacting Make support so that they can forward your issue to the external vendor, or
-
directly reach out to the external vendor if you know who developed it.
These third-party vendors may provide support for these apps — reach out to them through their website.

P.S.: investing some effort into the tutorials in the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make!
