I’ve seen this and had the same problem with a third-party I integrated with. Basically the account you are using in office 365 doesn’t have the permissions to integrate. I’m not sure what was done exactly but permissions were granted and I received an app password for the account. I’m sure someone here will be able to detail what needs doing in the O365 portal.
