Experience connecting (bi-directional) ServiceNow and Zendesk

Hi community,
I am looking to connect ServiceNow and Zendesk in a bi-directional way to create and update tickets
So once a ticket gets created/updated in one platform, it is created/updated in the other

Anyone has experience doing this ?

I am Dimitris, no-code developer. What you need is to create two different scenarios, each of those will trigger different platform and the action will be create/update items in another. When you create from the first application to the second one items take care to not perform mirroring updates.
