Thank you for raising this issue in the community! We apologize for the frustration caused by this issue.
We are currently experiencing problems with Facebook Lead Ads - “Unsupported get request” errors. As Make is not the only platform affected by these issues, it is most probably caused directly on the Meta side.
Our dev team has already contacted Meta developers, who are yet to confirm the root cause of the issue and/or provide an ETA for the fix.
I’ll keep you updated in this thread, or you can create a ticket with our Support team](https://www.make.com/en/ticket) and receive the info in your mailbox.

The quarterly Meta Ads API breakdown.
If the Make team has any influence on fixing this - would be great.
Starting today May 12, 2026 around 19:43 (Mexico City time), ALL my
Facebook Lead Ads scenarios stopped working with the same error:
[400] The HTTP request that was sent to the server has invalid syntax.
Details: Unsupported get request. Object with ID
does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does
not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation
at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (100, GraphMethodException)
Important details:
3 different scenarios for 3 different forms, on the same Page
Each error shows a DIFFERENT lead ID (not form ID), changing every run
All forms are active and visible in Meta Business Manager
Meta’s Page diagnostic confirms Make has full permissions:
Lead access permission: OK
Lead Access Manager enabled: OK
User is Page admin: OK
App ID “Make” shows “This app has no problems”
Things I already tried (no fix):
Reconnected the Facebook Lead Ads connection in Make
Removed Make from Business Tools and reconnected from scratch
Cleared scenario queue
Re-selected the form in the module
Verified the form ID matches an active form in Meta
This looks identical to the recurring incidents documented here:
I’m struggling with a persistent error in my Facebook Lead Ads integrations and would appreciate some expert insight.
The Error:The operation failed with an error. [400] The HTTP request that was sent to the server has invalid syntax. Details: Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'xxxxxxxxxxxx' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation.
The Situation:
This is happening in 4 different integrations (scenarios).
Crucially: I have other Facebook Lead Ads scenarios running perfectly fine with the exact same setup.
I have already tried:
Re-authorizing the Facebook connection.
Rebuilding the modules and the entire scenario from scratch.
Checking permissions (as far as I can see).
Despite these efforts, the error persists only in these specific scenarios. It seems like Make is unable to “find” the Lead ID that the trigger just received.
I dont see any errors in make.com but not getting any new leads since this morning. And I noticed that my facebook app developer is suspended so curious if its related
I can also recommend engaging within the Meta Developer community to raise awareness of this issue. Here are some of the discussions that are already happening on their forum:
Meta has resolved the issue on their end, and your scenarios should be working as expected now.
If you are still experiencing the issue, feel free to contact our Support team.
