Facebook Leads to Monday.com

Hello!
I recently noticed that my previous made automations don’t work anymore.

Here you can see the whole framework:

For the “Facebook Lead Ads” module, these are the settings:

For the Monday module to create an item, these are the settings:

I double-checked that I have the right admin privileges to the Facebook site, giving me access to the Facebook Leads. So far I have had to manually put them in for the client’s CRM board on monday.com.

Pressing “Run once” leads it to just buffer and nothing else. I also ensured it was the right lead form. Despite changing it, it did not generate any results. Usually, it will give an input and output if any historical data is present.

Using “On demand” setting, it gave this window:

I know this setup has worked before since I used it with other clients. However, now none of them works!

Did you press “Run Once” and immediately submit a new lead to test (while it is still waiting/listening to new leads)?

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Investing some effort into the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make.

I tried that, but nothing happened. Don’t know if this has anything to do with it:

Looks like you haven’t installed Make to your Lead Forms, or somebody removed the integration.

Try installing it again, and then delete the connection in Make and set it up again.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

I fixed the other error:

However, the install message applies to all my other clients and they did not have the same issue. I tried to remake the entire scenario and connection. I also used Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool, but still no result.

Another weird thing is that I cannot remove my existing Facebook connection. I did verify them and made a new one. However, all the old ones get just a “Bad error” and refuses to get deleted.

Additionally, I added the CRM to have access and selected the make.com app.

Ok, we’re making progress:

Resolved.
By adding the app to the CRM on Meta Business Suite and giving it some time, it worked again. The error from Monday was just because the test from Meta has a weird syntax which Monday does not like. After running the campaign, it worked wonders.
