What is the problem & what have you tried?
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the Facebook Lead Ads – New Lead module in Make.
Here’s the situation:
The New Lead trigger is connected to the correct Facebook form
The scenario is ON and properly saved
No leads arrive automatically when someone submits the form
To double-check, I added a Get List of Leads module using the same form, and it returns leads created today, so the form is definitely receiving submissions.
This confirms:
The form is correct
Facebook is receiving leads
Permissions seem to be working
However, the instant trigger does not fire.
Things I already checked:
Reconnected the Facebook account
Confirmed the correct page, ad account, and form
Turned the scenario OFF and ON again
Tested with new form submissions
Has anyone faced this issue before?
Is there something specific I need to do to force webhook registration or resubscribe the form to the trigger?
