What is your goal?
I want to use the Instagram for Business (Facebook login) “Watch events” module in Make to receive Instagram DM events from my Instagram Business account.
What is the problem & what have you tried?
After creating a Facebook connection in Make, my Facebook Page does NOT appear in the Page dropdown when configuring the Instagram for Business (Facebook login) module.
Technical details:
- The Instagram account is a Business account
- It is connected to my Facebook Page
- The Facebook Page is the Primary Business Page
- The Page is owned by my Business Portfolio
- I have full control permissions (Business Manager → People → Full control)
- In Meta Business Suite → Connected assets, the Instagram account is correctly linked to the Facebook Page
- The Page ID is visible in Meta
However, in Make:
- After authenticating with Facebook
- Granting all permissions
- Recreating the connection
The Page still does not appear in the Page dropdown.
No specific error message is shown. The dropdown is simply empty or does not list my Page.
Has anyone experienced this issue with Business Portfolio-owned pages not appearing in Make?
