Instagram Webhook Creation: Page Dropdown Empty

I have googled a lot, read multiple threads here, tried different browsers, deleted FB connections, deleted webhooks, tried again, nothing seems to work. :-/

When creating an “Instagram for Business (Facebook Login)” “Watch Events” Module, the “Page” dropdown doesn’t get populated on the “Create a webhook” panel. While connecting the Facebook account, the person account appears, then I give permission to the connected FB page and the Instagram account (which is a business account). They show in the authentication screens from Facebook.

But in Make, nothing shows in that “Page” dropdown.

I see that other people have been having similar problems but looking through the threads, some are not written well enough to understand where the connections have to be set for a page to show in that dropdown.

I do not get any visible error messages anywhere.

Crazy thing is, I was a Facebook marketing professional a few years back and if I can’t solve this I find it hard to believe that “normal” people aren’t having a super hard time with this. Facebook/Meta has become so cluttered and buggy it seems to me.

In Meta Business Suite the FB person account I’m logged in with has access to the business, the Instagram page and the FB page. In Meta Account Center everything seems to be connected properly, too.

I hope someone can give a clear answer here that would also help many others. Thanks in advance hoping

Welcome to the Make community!

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

If support is unable to assist you with this, this forum has a Hire a Pro category, where you can post your request for specialised help on other platforms (video call/screenshare/private messaging/etc.)? This may help you get your issue resolved faster especially if it is urgent. It is important to post your request in the Hire a Pro category, as forum members are not allowed to advertise their services (even offer FREE assistance to help) in other categories like here. Once you have posted in the Hire a Pro category, that will allow other members like me to provide booking links to our calendars for a free consultation and video assistance (including screenshare)!

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

I have EXACT SAME ISSUE.
3 days trying to connect. FB and ITG Account are Business Account.

We have verified that everything is correctly set up in Meta Business Suite:

  • Our Facebook Business Pages (@quantumavatar) are active and correctly connected.
  • The Instagram Business Account is linked to the correct Facebook Page.
  • The Facebook account we are using has admin-equivalent permissions on the connected Page.

Despite this, when we attempt to integrate via Make, we are unable to see any of our pages in the dropdown list, and no webhook connection is established.

To clarify:
:check_mark: Facebook & Instagram accounts are properly linked.
:check_mark: We are using a Business Account (not a Creator Account).
:check_mark: Meta Business Suite shows all connections correctly.
:cross_mark: Make does not display any pages when trying to create a webhook.
