Get Airtable Record created on Airtable From Fillout Form

On Make, I Would like upload a PDF to a Airtable record created by Fillout form

So I need the record created Tag by Fillout form:

But I cant found it on Make:

Can you help me ?

Does Fillout Forms not add any data in Airtable that is recognisable in the Fillout data you see in Make, like the SubmissionID?

If not, you could use the “Airtable - Search Records” module and find the latest record created by sorting for DateTime and setting Limit = 1
