Get Monday.com user ID from email address

I would like to update a Person column in Monday.com. I am able to pull the appropriate email address to search for from our CRM. I am then trying to use the Monday List Users function.

When the query is for my email address, a bundle is returned from Monday.com with all the details needed, no problem.

However, when the query is for others, I get no bundle back.

The only difference I between the accounts is my email is an Admin in Monday.com, whereas the other users are just Members. Thinking it can’t possibly be that a user must be an Admin for this query to work, what else could I try?

@close_the_loop If you are still using the same connection for both queries, there shouldn’t be an authorization error I believe.
Maybe they are using different emails? Try to list all users and check if you find them that way.
