Is there a limit to how many fields Make can pull from a Google Form? I am not seeing the fields for the latter 1/3 of a form.
The form has 5 sections (fifth being just “submit”). Questions in Sections 1-3 are shown, but those in Section 4 are missing.

This is probably because the first time the form was submitted to this module, it did not contain section 4’s fields (maybe it was optional or didn’t exist at that time?)
Simply delete the module and set it up again, making sure that ALL the fields in the form are submitted through in your first test form submission.
