Google sheets & Shopify scenario

I have a google sheets with an Expiration date for my customer subscription and I want to check after sending them a reminder email using another scenario. If they confirm their order again at my shopify store

I do a search for customer Module and add the email as a Query :

after I added a search for Order module and add the customer ID :

when I Run the scenario there is not OUTPUT check the picture below , I need the create date of the order to decide if the customer confirm his order after receiving this reminder email:

and I need to do this Function to see if the customer confirm his order after receiving the reminder and the reminder sent in the same day of the expiration date :

the result come to 0 check the picture and could you please help me with any solution :

Sadly can’t help you, but I think there is something wrong with the integration between Make and Shopify, specifically around metafields. I can’t get an article (the type shopify uses for blogposts) metafield to appear, for example.

Hey @OUTMAN

As you are checking for expired subscription. Did you try searching for “closed” status or “all” ???. Generating 0 output bundles is clear to say there is no record with “open” status with the query in shopify.

Also, as you need to search if they confirm again. Hence, the second flow should start from watch events in shopify.
