Help needed - problem with my watch emails scenario

I hope you’re all doing well!

I’m encountering several issues with a scenario I’ve set up, and I’d greatly appreciate your help in troubleshooting them. My scenario involves:

  1. Watching emails.
  2. Sending emails to OpenAI for response generation.
  3. Replying to emails based on OpenAI’s output.

Here are the problems I’m facing:

  1. Missed Emails: The “Watch Emails” module sometimes skips emails entirely, and those emails don’t receive any replies.
  2. Duplicate Replies: Occasionally, the bot sends two responses in a row to the same email, which confuses the recipient.
  3. Dropped Conversations: During ongoing email threads, the bot sometimes stops responding after a few interactions. For example:
  • Bot replies to the creator.
  • Creator responds.
  • Bot replies again.
  • Creator replies again.
  • The bot stops replying, leaving the conversation hanging.

I’ve attached a blueprint of my current scenario setup and some example emails where these issues occurred to help you understand my workflow.

Could someone guide me on:

  • How to make the “Watch Emails” module more reliable to avoid missed emails?
  • Preventing duplicate email replies in the same thread?
  • Ensuring the bot continues replying consistently in ongoing threads?
