[HIRING] Business Automation Manager - Remote EU - Perm Contract

The Mission: We are a fast-growing, AI-first Cybersecurity scale-up. We’re moving away from manual processes and building an internal “automated engine” to run our Finance, Sales, and Ops teams.

The Role:

  • 70-80% Building: No “Strategy & Slides.” You’ll be designing complex logic every day.

  • Total Ownership: Identify friction points and ship workflows that eliminate them.

  • AI-First: Deep focus on LLMs and Agentic workflows.

The Stack:

  • Orchestration: Our primary environment is n8n (Self-hosted). We value the flexibility of n8n, so if you are a Make power user comfortable pivoting your architectural skills, we want to talk.

  • Code: Mandatory Python (Essential for custom logic and AI agents).

  • Integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Greenhouse, and custom APIs.

Who You Are:

  • You are a “Workflow Architect.” Whether in Make, Zapier, or n8n, you build production-grade, unbreakable systems.

  • You are a “Problem Hunter”—you’d rather spend 4 hours automating a task than 10 minutes doing it manually.

  • Location: Fully Remote (EU or UK based).

Hey @Magda_Cerello , This is exactly the kind of build-heavy role I work best in. I design production-grade automations across n8n, Make, and custom Python layers, with a strong focus on resilient logic, API reliability, observability, and AI-driven decision flows. I’m comfortable owning the full lifecycle: identifying operational bottlenecks, architecting the workflow, building it in n8n, and adding Python where native nodes aren’t enough. I’ve worked with CRM, recruiting, comms, and custom API stacks, so integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Greenhouse, and internal systems is straightforward. For LLM and agentic workflows, I focus on practical implementations that are controllable, auditable, and actually reduce manual workload rather than just adding complexity. If you’re hiring for someone who can ship robust internal automation fast, I’m happy to discuss your current stack, top friction points, and where to start first. You can schedule a call with me here to discuss this further.

Hello @Magda_Cerello , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications

Hi Magda, Welcome to make community :waving_hand:

This is a strong AI-first automation use case. I’ve built similar systems using n8n for CRM + ops workflow automation and API-driven integrations.

From your setup, the key areas would be:

• CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) → Sales, Finance, Ops triggers

• LLM layer → classification + routing logic

• Slack → alerts + escalation flows

• Python → custom logic + edge-case handling

• modular workflows for scalability + stability

A couple of quick questions:

• Are workflows split per department or centrally orchestrated?

• Is your current n8n setup already live or still design phase?

Happy to review and suggest improvements.
